3 ripe bananas
50 g flaxseeds
30 g hemp seeds
150 g hazelnut butter 30 ml maple syrup 
20 ml water
1⁄2 tsp sea salt flakes 60 g dark chocolate

Preparation
- 
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. 
- 
Peel the bananas and puree with maple syrup, water and hazelnut butter. 
- 
Crush the flaxseed, mix briefly or crush in a mortar. 
- 
Flax seeds and hemp seeds with a banana mixture to a relatively firm dough mix. 
- 
Chop and fold in the chocolate. 
- 
Put baking paper in the oven dish or grease it a little. Add the batter and distribute. 
- 
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. 
- 
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and let cool. 
-
