L-色氨酸的作用:有什么好处?

什么时候不应服用L-色氨酸?

  1. L-色氨酸与抗抑郁药及其他血清素相关物质

    如果同时使用精神药物或其他血清素相关物质(如某些止痛药),未经医生同意,不应服用L-色氨酸。特别是那些影响血清素代谢的抗抑郁药,如选择性血清素再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)或单胺氧化酶抑制剂(MAO抑制剂),需格外谨慎。合用可能导致血清素水平过高,极少数情况下引发血清素综合征——一种严重但罕见的疾病,表现为自主神经、神经肌肉及精神症状。
