1. Shipping
Delivery is possible to the following countries: All countries within the EU and other non-EU countries. Outside the EU, additional costs and customs duties may apply, the amount of which we cannot determine and over which we generally have no direct influence.
Shipping is free for orders over €18.99. Orders under €18.99 will incur a shipping charge of €3.90.
Shipping costs may apply for shipments to certain non-EU countries.

 

2. Payment

2.1 Acceptable payment methods

2.1.1 One-time purchase:
PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, MobilePay, EPS, Bancontact

2.2. Explanations of payment methods

2.2.1 PayPal
(1) PayPal - General Terms and Conditions of Use
If you wish to pay via "PayPal" of the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal. If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered there in order to pay the invoice amount or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process. (2) Paypal Credit Card
If you have chosen to pay by credit card with PayPal , the payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged.
(3) Paypal direct debit
If you have chosen direct debit as your payment method with PayPal , you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate upon confirmation of the payment order. PayPal will inform you of the date your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment order, PayPal will request its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed, and your account will be debited.
(4) PayPal invoice
If you have chosen to pay by invoice with PayPal , PayPal will make the payment with debt-discharging effect after a successful address and credit check.

2.2.2 Payment by credit card
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately after the order is completed for a one-time purchase. For subscriptions, we reserve the right to charge your account no earlier than four (4) days before the respective delivery date of the interval delivery. The specific payment terms and processes depend on the terms and conditions of your respective credit card provider (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or American Express).

2.2.3 Payment methods via Klarna
If you choose to pay using a service provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), you will be redirected to the Klarna platform during the ordering process. There you can select one of the following payment methods:
(1) Klarna purchase on account
If you choose "purchase on account," you will receive the goods first and pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna within 30 days of dispatch. The invoice will be sent to you via email. Delivery is only made to the address stored with Klarna. Please note that Klarna conducts a credit check before approving this payment method and reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods. In order to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered with Klarna or first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, Klarna's General Terms and Conditions and Klarna's Privacy Policy apply to payment processing.
(2) Klarna installment purchase
If you choose to pay by installments with Klarna, you can pay the invoice amount in flexible monthly installments over a period of up to 36 months. After a successful credit check, Klarna will provide you with an overview of the payment terms and monthly invoices.
In order to pay the invoice amount in installments, you must be registered with Klarna or first register and authenticate yourself with your login details.

(3) Klarna Pay Now
If you select "Pay now," payment will be made immediately upon completion of your order. Depending on availability, you can pay by direct debit, instant bank transfer, or credit card.
Registration with Klarna is not mandatory. However, in certain cases, registration may be necessary to pay the invoice amount, verify your identity, and complete the transaction.

2.2.4 Apple Pay
If you wish to pay using Apple Pay, a payment service of Apple Distribution International, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland (“Apple”), you must be registered with Apple in order to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm your payment instruction to Apple. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by Apple immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process. 2.2.5 Google Pay
If you wish to pay via Google Pay, a payment service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google in order to pay the invoice amount or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm your payment instruction to Google. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by Google immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process. 2.2.6 Shop Pay
If you wish to pay via Shop Pay, a payment service of Shopify Payments (Ireland) Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shop Pay"), you will be redirected to a secure Shop Pay payment page during the ordering process. There you can either use an existing Shop Pay account or enter your payment details directly. Shop Pay allows you to save your payment information for future purchases to enable expedited checkout. After selecting Shop Pay and confirming the payment instruction, the transaction is processed immediately. Depending on the payment method selected within Shop Pay (e.g. credit card or direct debit), your account will be debited immediately after the order has been confirmed or, in the case of subscription models, in accordance with the specific agreement. 2.2.7 UnionPay
If you wish to pay via UnionPay, an international payment service provider of China UnionPay Co., Ltd., No. 6 Dongfang Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai, 200120, China ("UnionPay"), you will be redirected to a secure payment page during the ordering process. There you will enter your card details and, if necessary, complete an authentication process (e.g., via SMS TAN or app verification, depending on the issuing bank). After successful authentication, the payment will be authorized and the payment amount will be debited from your UnionPay account. The debit will usually occur shortly after the payment order is confirmed. You will receive further information about the specific process during the ordering process. In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the UnionPay Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the regulations of your card issuing institution, apply to the use of UnionPay. 2.2.8 MobilePay
If you wish to pay with MobilePay, a payment service provided by Vipps MobilePay AS, Folke Bernadottes Allé 50, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark (“MobilePay”), you will be redirected to the MobilePay app or asked to enter your mobile phone number during the ordering process. This requires that you are registered with MobilePay and that the MobilePay app is linked to your bank account. After entering your mobile number, you will receive a payment request on your smartphone via the MobilePay app. The payment is authorized by confirmation within the app. Once approved, the transaction is processed immediately, and the amount is debited from the account stored with MobilePay. 2.2.9 EPS
If you wish to pay via EPS transfer, an online payment system provided by PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria ("EPS"), you will be redirected to the EPS payment page during the ordering process. There, you select your participating bank through which you wish to process the payment. After selecting your bank, you will be redirected to their online banking page, where you log in with your usual login details. The transfer details are already pre-filled. You review the information and authorize the payment using a TAN or another security procedure used by your bank. After successful authorization, the amount will be debited directly from your account, and we will receive a payment confirmation in real time.

2.2.10 Bancontact
If you wish to pay via Bancontact, a Belgian online payment system operated by Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium ("Bancontact"), you will be redirected to the Bancontact payment page during the ordering process. There you can either enter your Bancontact card details or scan the QR code displayed on the page using the Bancontact app on your smartphone. After entering the required payment details or confirming in the app, the transaction is processed in real time. The invoice amount will be immediately debited from your bank account, and we will receive a payment confirmation immediately afterwards.
