When will I receive my code?
As soon as one of your referrals applies your link to his/her first order, you will receive your 25% discount code.
I didn't receive my code.
In order for the registration of the people you recommend to count towards your code, they must use your referral link on their first order. They will receive this link from us via email after your recommendation, and they will then receive their personal discount code via the link.
I did not receive my code even though my referral used my referral link.
You will receive your code as soon as one of your referrals has used your referral link on his/her first order. The code will usually be sent to you within a few minutes. In individual cases, however, there may be delays due to technical reasons. In this case, please contact our customer support.
Is there a limit to how many codes I can receive?
No, you can refer as many people as you want and you will receive a 25% code for each referral that uses your referral link. Please note that the codes cannot be combined with each other.
Will I still receive my code if the person I referred does not use my referral link?
Unfortunately, you will only receive your code once your referral link has been used and a purchase has been made.
Can I combine codes?
