Das Synbiotikum
Unter einem Synbiotikum versteht man die Kombination aus Präbiotika und Probiotika. Probiotika stellen ausgewählte Bakterienkulturen dar. Präbiotika hingegen bestehen aus unverdaulichen Biomolekülen, welche als Nahrungsquelle für die nützlichen Bakterienkulturen dienen.
