什么是胶原蛋白?


胶原蛋白是人体中最丰富的蛋白质,也是结缔组织中最重要的结构蛋白,赋予皮肤紧致、弹性和韧性。此外,胶原蛋白还能促进角蛋白的生成,角蛋白是头发和指甲的主要成分。因此,它对皮肤、头发和指甲的健康与修复起着关键作用。 


谁应该补充胶原蛋白?

从25岁起,人体自身的胶原蛋白生成开始减少,这可能导致皱纹产生、脱发和指甲脆弱。到了40岁以后,胶原蛋白的生成明显下降,这些现象可能加剧。但不仅仅是年龄因素:紫外线照射、吸烟、饮酒以及睡眠和运动不足也会减少胶原蛋白的生成。因此,补充胶原蛋白对那些希望抵消自然流失、支持皮肤、头发和指甲健康的人来说是有益的。

 

有纯素胶原蛋白吗?

纯素胶原蛋白不存在,因为胶原蛋白天然只存在于动物组织中。市面上有植物性替代品,可以刺激人体自身的胶原蛋白生成。但目前只有少量临床研究证明其效果,而动物胶原蛋白的研究更为充分。

胶原蛋白的需求能通过自然方式满足吗?
由于胶原蛋白主要存在于动物的皮肤、骨骼和肌腱中,通过食用动物性食品摄取的量相对较少。此外,在健康且生态可持续的饮食中,不建议大量食用肉类。

 

哪种胶原蛋白最好?
