For a particularly healthy and happy kick-off into the year 2021, we have come up with something special for this issue of the Healthy Guide. No, it doesn't consist of New Year's resolutions and the associated weight loss tips or best savings offers from gyms in your area (... even if they were open), but it is inspired by the theme nonetheless. We want to illuminate New Year's resolutions from a different perspective: namely from the topic of mindset. This guide covers the topics of compulsions, self love, body positivity, mood food recipes and the gut-brain axis, accompanied by valuable tips on how to change your mindset and thus increase your satisfaction and happiness.
