  • ml rosé wine (for a non-alcoholic mocktail, white grape juice can be used instead of rosé)

  • handful of ice cubes

  • ripe peach(s)

  • pinch of vanilla

  • leaves of fresh lemon balm or mint

Ingredients:
(for 2 cocktails)

0.2 l rosé wine (ideally from Provence)
(for a non-alcoholic mocktail, white grape juice can be used instead of rosé.)
1 handful of ice cubes
1 ripe peach
1 pinch of vanilla
6 leaves of fresh lemon balm or mint


Preparation:

  1. Wash the peach thoroughly, halve, deseed and cut off two thin wedges and set aside. Slice the remaining peach.
  2. Wash two lemon balm or mint leaves thoroughly.
  3. Pure the rosé wine with ice cubes, peach pieces, herb leaves and some vanilla in the blender for about 1 minute.
  4. Put a peach slice on the rim of two cocktail glasses. Pour the Peach Frosé over the glasses and garnish with the remaining lemon balm or mint leaves. Serve and enjoy ice cold.
