Dosage and Administration
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but it can also be taken at other times without any problem.
If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, it can be carefully opened and the contents stirred into water or yogurt as an alternative.
Important notes: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with a weakened immune system. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
We recommend taking 1 capsule if needed with or after a meal, accompanied by a glass of water.
