Dosage and Intake
3 slightly heaped mybacs® measuring spoons (equivalent to 32 g) in approx. 300 ml water dailymilk, smoothie or bowl and consume.
For optimum results we recommend the combination with the mybacs® bacterial cultures. However, the powder can also be taken independently and at a different time.
