3 ripe bananas
50 g flaxseeds
30 g hemp seeds
150 g hazelnut butter 30 ml maple syrup
20 ml water
1⁄2 tsp sea salt flakes 60 g dark chocolate

1 oven dish (brownie dish or rectangular oven dish a 24x24 cm)
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Peel the bananas and puree with maple syrup, water and hazelnut butter.
Crush the flaxseed, mix briefly or crush in a mortar.
Flax seeds and hemp seeds with a banana mixture to a relatively firm dough
Chop and fold in the chocolate.
Put baking paper in the oven dish or grease it a little. Add the batter
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and let cool.
Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy straight away or keep in the fridge. WhoIf
wants to keep the bars longer, they may freeze.
