For the smoothie bowl

  • 100 g oat flakes

  • 100 g frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp soy yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp puffed quinoa

  • 200 ml rice drink

  • 1 pinch vanilla powder

  • 6 dates

For the granola (approx. 1 glass of 300g)

  • 100 g whole grain oat flakes

  • 2 tbsp blackberries

  • 2 tbsp dried wild blueberries

  • 2 tbsp whole almonds

  • 1 pinch vanilla powder

  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Ingredients:
(for 1-2 people)

for the smoothie bowl:
100 g oat flakes
100 g frozen blueberries
2 tbsp soy yoghurt alternative, unsweetened
2 tbsp puffed quinoa
200 ml rice drink , unsweetened
1 pinch vanilla powder
6 dates, pitted

as you like (topping):
some fresh blueberries and/or blackberries
1 tsp cocoa nibs
1 tbsp “Glow Up” granola
1 tsp date syrup


Preparation:

  1. Pure all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender and divide between one or two bowls.
  2. Top with fresh berries, cacao nibs and glow up granola if you like. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Radiant Glow Granola

Ingredients:
(for approx. 1 glass of 300 g each)

100 g pithy rolled oats
2 tbsp blackberries
2 tbsp dried wild blueberries
2 tbsp whole almonds, natural
1 pinch vanilla powder
1 tsp cocoa nibs
1 tsp chia seeds


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for a fan oven.
  2. Crush the blackberries or blueberries with your hands and add to the oatmeal.
  3. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife and place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and the blackberry-colored oatmeal and mix.
  4. Place the granola mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.
  6. Top muesli, porridge or smoothie bowl directly or store dry in a screw-top jar in the pantry or give away.
