Note: If you suddenly consume a larger amount of fiber (through Daily Fibre or your diet), the bacterial flora in the gut may work more intensively and produce more gas, which can lead to bloating, a feeling of fullness, and abdominal cramps (initial worsening). These symptoms should subside within a few days. If the symptoms persist for more than 2–3 weeks, medical advice should be sought.

Is Daily Fibre a substitute for fruits and vegetables?
No, Daily Fibre is not a direct substitute for fresh fruits and vegetables. A conscious, balanced diet with plenty of plant variety remains the foundation for health and well-being. Daily Fibre is rather intended as a targeted supplement to support you in everyday life, especially when it is difficult to consume enough fiber, secondary plant compounds, or micronutrients through a normal diet.
Through its combination of functional plant extracts, fiber, and selected micronutrients, Daily Fibre can help to specifically increase fiber intake.
What should I do if I feel bloated after taking it?
If you feel a sense of fullness immediately after taking Daily Fibre, it is usually because the fiber begins to swell in the stomach and temporarily binds volume. This is generally harmless but can feel uncomfortable. If the fiber thickens too much, it can cause a feeling of pressure in the stomach. Drinking an additional glass of water (200–300 ml) helps the fibers spread out better and move more quickly into the intestines.
You can halve the amount and split it into two doses per day (e.g., morning and afternoon). This way, your stomach is less strained at once. If the feeling of fullness persists, it may help to take a day off and then start again with a smaller amount. The body usually adjusts after a few days.
