Dosage and Intake
Stir 3 slightly heaped mybacs® measuring spoons (equivalent to 32 g) into approx. 300 ml of water, milk, smoothie or a bowl daily and consume.
For optimal results, we recommend combining it with mybacs® bacterial cultures. However, the powder can also be taken independently and at any other time.
