Your daily source of fiber

FOR DIGESTION⁵

9.8 grams of fiber per serving serve as food for the gut bacteria, and ginger additionally supports digestion⁵.

Feeling of fullness

Dietary fiber, especially insoluble sources, absorb water in the digestive tract and increase the volume of food. This can lead to a lasting feeling of fullness.

STABLE BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL²

The included chromium supports a normal blood sugar level². Additionally, dietary fiber is a key element for stable blood sugar levels by slowing glucose absorption and improving insulin sensitivity.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT⁴˒⁶

Daily Fibre is designed to support mindful eating habits. In particular, Jerusalem artichoke contributes to fat metabolism, which can be helpful for weight management⁶, while zinc supports the metabolism of macronutrients - carbohydrates, fats, and proteins⁴.

INCREASED ENERGY & VITALITY⁷˒⁸˒⁹

The superfoods spirulina, chlorella, and nettle contained in Daily Fibre promote vitality and energy levels⁷˒⁸˒⁹.

A look at fiber: More than just fillers

Dietary fiber consists of indigestible components of plant-based foods. In the intestines, they are partially broken down by microorganisms, a natural process that produces metabolic products such as short-chain fatty acids. These are part of the normal functional cycle of the digestive system.

Intestine

Certain dietary fibers are microbially fermented in the large intestine. This process produces natural metabolic products that are part of physiological processes in the body.

Blood sugar

Soluble fiber slows the absorption of carbohydrates, so the sugar from food is released more slowly.

Cholesterol

Some soluble fibers interact with bile acids, a natural process in fat metabolism that is part of normal digestive functions.

Feeling of fullness:

Dietary fiber increases the volume of food and can thus contribute to mechanical satiety, an effect that can be helpful for mindful eating.

Jerusalem artichoke

Jerusalem artichoke

The Jerusalem artichoke juice powder (Helianthus tuberosus L.) contained in Daily Fibre is a natural source of the soluble fiber inulin. This is found in the tuber in particularly high concentration – about 57–60% of the dry matter. Jerusalem artichoke also supports fat metabolism, which can be helpful for weight management⁶.

Tapioca

Tapioca

Tapioca fibers (Manihot esculenta) consist of about 90% dietary fiber. These fibers are soluble and are not digested in the small intestine but pass into the large intestine, where they are fermented by microorganisms of the natural gut flora. This process produces short-chain fatty acids (e.g., butyrate, acetate, propionate) – metabolic products that are part of normal physiological processes in the digestive system.

Barley grass

Barley grass

Barley grass powder (Hordeum vulgare) contains natural micronutrients such as B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and iron, as well as secondary plant compounds (e.g., flavonoids, saponins, and chlorophyll). In addition, it provides natural dietary fibers, including beta-glucans, which are part of the plant fiber fraction of the grass.

Ginger

Ginger

Ginger extract is a concentrated form obtained from the rhizome of the ginger plant (Zingiber officinale). The goal of the extraction is to obtain the special compounds responsible for the spiciness of ginger in a much higher concentration than found in the raw root. Studies suggest that ginger extract may help maintain normal digestive function⁵.

Chrome

Chrome

Chromium is an essential trace element that performs various important functions in the body. It helps maintain normal blood sugar levels and supports the normal metabolism of macronutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins².

Daily Fibre Travel Pack at a glance!

Daily Fibre or Daily Fibre Travel Pack – what is the difference?

The Daily Fibre Travel Pack contains 10 single servings and is especially convenient for on the go or for trying out the product. The pre-portioned units allow for easy and consistent dosing even outside the usual daily routine. Daily Fibre is the large 570g pack for the daily routine. It is suitable for anyone who wants to take Daily Fibre regularly. Both versions contain the same content in the same quality. The difference lies only in quantity and packaging form – depending on whether flexibility or a fixed daily routine is the priority.

How does Daily Fibre work?

Daily Fibre supports fiber intake, helps maintain stable blood sugar levels², and contributes to starting the day with energy³'⁸'⁹. Note: If you suddenly consume a larger amount of fiber (through Daily Fibre or your diet), the bacterial flora in the gut may work more intensively and produce more gas, which can lead to bloating, fullness, and abdominal cramps (initial worsening). These symptoms should subside within a few days. If the symptoms persist for more than 2–3 weeks, medical advice should be sought.

How is the safety and quality of Daily Fibre ensured?

mybacs® has the products tested by independent laboratories to ensure they comply with regulations and guidelines and to guarantee the quality and safety of our products.

Which product pairs best with Daily Fibre?

Daily Fibre can be combined with all our products, but is especially ideal with Dailybacs®, Dermabacs®, and Dietbacs®. These products are based on selected bacterial strains, fiber, sometimes combined with minerals and vitamins. We particularly recommend the Gut & Fibre Duo for Women or Men as well as the Metabolism & Fibre Duo.

Can I take Daily Fibre if I want to have children, am pregnant, or breastfeeding?

For legal reasons, our products carry the notice "Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and people with weakened immune systems." This notice complies with the Food Information Regulation (FIR) and serves both your safety and our legal protection. If you still wish to use our products, we recommend discussing this in advance with your doctor or midwife. Unless medically advised otherwise, you may of course use our products at your own risk. Your health is our top priority – when in doubt, please consult medical professionals.

Is Daily Fibre a substitute for fruits and vegetables?

No, Daily Fibre is not a direct substitute for fresh fruits and vegetables. A conscious, balanced diet with plenty of plant variety remains the foundation for health and well-being. Daily Fibre is rather intended as a targeted supplement to support you in everyday life, especially when it is difficult to consume enough fiber, secondary plant compounds, or micronutrients through a normal diet. Through its combination of functional plant extracts, fiber, and selected micronutrients, Daily Fibre can help to specifically increase fiber intake.

What should I do if I feel full after taking it?

If you feel a sense of fullness immediately after taking Daily Fibre, it is usually because the fiber begins to swell in the stomach and temporarily binds volume. This is generally harmless but can feel uncomfortable. If the fiber becomes too dense, it can cause a feeling of pressure in the stomach. Drinking an additional glass of water (200–300 ml) helps distribute the fibers better and move them more quickly into the intestines. You can halve the amount and split it into two doses per day (e.g., morning and afternoon). This way, your stomach is less strained at once. If the feeling of fullness persists, it may help to take a day off and then start again with a smaller amount. The body usually adjusts after a few days.
