Dosage and Intake
Take 3 × 10 drops (1.36 ml) daily.
The drops can be applied directly to the tongue or onto a teaspoon. Shake well before use. They can be taken before or after meals.
Important notes: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals with known intolerances to any of the ingredients. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, ideally at the start of the first meal of the day.
Alternatively, it can be taken before another meal. If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, the contents can be mixed into water or a meal.
