Dosage and intake
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning and evening.
The capsules can also be taken at another time without any problems. If you have problems swallowing the capsule, the contents can be stirred into water or a meal.
Important notes: The recommended intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with kidney failure or taking antidepressants at the same time. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature. If needed, take one capsule with water.The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, it can also be carefully opened and the contents stirred into water or yogurt as an alternative.

Which products are Brainbacs not compatible with?
The Brainbacs can be safely combined with all mybacs® products, and such a combination is considered beneficial.
The combination with medications should be carefully evaluated. Concurrent use with other supplements containing high amounts of L-tryptophan or 5-HTP is not recommended, as this may lead to excessive stimulation of the serotonin system. Caution is also advised when taking antidepressants or other psychotropic drugs simultaneously, especially those that affect the serotonergic metabolism (e.g., SSRIs, MAO inhibitors). In rare cases, this can cause unwanted interactions such as the so-called serotonin syndrome.
If you are taking such medications or are unsure, we strongly recommend consulting your treating physician before combining them.
