Dosage and intake
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning and evening.
The capsules can also be taken at another time without any problems. If you have problems swallowing the capsule, the contents can be stirred into water or a meal.
Important notes: The recommended intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with kidney failure or taking antidepressants at the same time. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, ideally at the start of the first meal of the day.
Alternatively, it can be taken before another meal. If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, the contents can be mixed into water or a meal.
