Can I take the products with other dietary supplements?

Yes, the products can be taken with other dietary supplements without hesitation.

What time of day should I take the products?

We recommend taking probiotics on an empty stomach to limit the impact of digestive enzymes and bile salts. However, you know your body best - if you find it more comfortable to take the capsules after or during meals, that's no problem.

Can I keep the capsules in my pill box?

Keeping in your own pill box is not recommended as bacterial cultures are sensitive to light. Our glass is designed to protect the capsules. Therefore, they should be kept in it.

What happens if I miss/forget one or more days?

It doesn't hurt if you miss a day or even if you miss a few. However, daily intake is recommended for best results. This is because our probiotics are transient microbes that travel through your colon (where most of your microbiome resides). For this reason, continuous intake is important.

Do I have to refrigerate my products?

The short answer is no. No cooling is necessary. This is a question we get a lot as many probiotics are sold in the refrigerated section of grocery stores and retailers. However, unlike perishable foods, refrigeration does not imply “freshness” or superiority. Indeed, if a probiotic does not survive outside the refrigerator at ambient temperature, it may reflect poor product stability, low numbers of viable organisms, or insufficient excesses in the formulation. Our probiotic strains are stable at ambient temperature (up to 25°C). If your home is consistently warmer for a longer period of time, we recommend cooling in an oxygen-tight container to protect the products from moisture.

Why are my capsules a different color than usual?

When manufacturing the products, various factors affect production. This can result in the color of the capsules varying between different batches. And the powder is also produced and filled in batches. Of course, this is completely harmless!

Can I take Dailybacs and Dietbacs together?

Our products are designed in such a way that you can combine the Dailybacs, Dietbacs and AddOns with each other without any problems. So you can take Dietbacs and Dailybacs together. The combination of Dailybacs and Dietbacs has an even greater effect on your health.

How long do your products keep?

The respective expiry date of the capsules is printed on the packaging. In general, the capsules have a shelf life of 18 months when you receive them. In fact, taking "expired" bacteria is absolutely harmless. However, probiotics lose their "potency" over time, so it is possible that the positive effect is no longer as pronounced. You can find the expiry date of your pack on the label on the back. For the shelf life of the Dailybacs, however, it is important whether you have already opened your pack. If this is the case, moisture can get in, which is not good for the bacteria to work. You should avoid storing your Dailybacs with the pack open. It is best if you first open the package to take it and then pour the capsules directly into your glass jar. This offers optimal protection against light and moisture. However, it is safe to take the products even if they have expired. If your product has expired, please let us know and we will still replace it free of charge.


What payment methods are there?

For a one-time purchase, you can pay via Paypal, credit & debit card, invoice or instant transfer. You can choose the payment method in the second step at checkout after you have entered your contact information. If you take out a subscription with us, you can pay via Paypal, credit & debit card and SEPA direct debit mandate.

How do I change the payment method for my subscription?

Simply log in to your customer account and click on change payment method. We will charge your new payment method in the future. If this is too complicated for you, you can also activate us via support@mybacs.com kont and we will make the changes for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a money back guarantee. This allows you to test our products risk-free for a full 60 days. Our products didn't convince you?

Then please contact us within 60 days of receipt of the goods and follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer support via email at support@mybacs.com. Damit we can always improve, please let us know why you are not satisfied.

2. The return should be sent to the following address: mybacs Vertriebs GmbH, Customer Care, Hohenzollernstr. 88, 80796 Munich.

3. Frank your shipment and send us proof of payment of the shipping price.

4. Return all unopened products and include your order number and name.

5. We will refund the full price of the products and shipping costs back to your original form of payment once the products have been received by us.

6. Please give us a few days to review the refund.

We cannot take back shipments that are more than 60 days old. We ask for your understanding.


Which delivery service will process my order?

Within Germany: Starter Kit and Refill* with Deutsche Post Warenpost (incl. tracking). Outside of Germany: Starter Kit and Refill* with DHL International (including tracking). *Since the refills are sent in letter format, they usually land comfortably in your mailbox.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the EU and Switzerland. More countries will follow soon!! Can I also have my order delivered to a Packstation? Unfortunately, a Packstation is not possible as a shipping address, as recurring deliveries are sent by post instead of DHL.

Where is my delivery?

We always ship your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have little influence on the delivery time once the package has been handed over to the shipping company. My package is incomplete. What can I do?

Although we try to pack packages correctly, things can always go wrong. If your package is incomplete or incorrectly packed, please contact us via support@mybacs.com in and we will take care of it.

I gave the wrong address when I placed my order. Can I still change that?

That can happen from time to time. We can usually change the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. So please contact us as soon as possible at support@mybacs.com bei and we'll see what we can do!


I have forgotten my password. What now?

You can reset your password under “My Account”. You will then receive your new password by email.

How is my first delivery different from all future deliveries?

With your first delivery you will also receive a glass jar in addition to your probiotics. This should be used to store the probiotics in the future.

I lost/damaged my glass jar. How can I get a new one?

No problem! Something like that happens. Just send us an e-mail under support@mybacs.com and we will send you a new glass jar.

How do I find my subscription on the website?

Simply log in via your customer account. On the first page you will find information about your current subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply log into your customer account and click on cancel subscription. If this is too complicated for you, you can also activate us under support@mybacs.com kont. Your subscription will be canceled at the next possible date.

How do I change the shipping/billing address for my subscription?

Simply log in to your customer account and click on change shipping/billing options. If this is too complicated for you, you can also activate us under support@mybacs.com kont and we will make the changes for you.

When will my subscription fee be debited?

The amount due will be debited each time we prepare your order. For the first purchase, it will be debited when the order is successfully received. The amount will be debited four days before the goods are shipped.

Is there a minimum term for the subscription?

There is no minimum term for the subscription. However, if you want to cancel your subscription, you should do so before the amount due is debited.

Can I pause my subscription?

After logging into your customer portal, click Delivery schedule in the left menu to view all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, simply click skip to the right of each order.

What is included in your subscription?

With a subscription, you will receive a glass jar for optimal storage, your selected products and a comprehensive Welcome Guide with all important information with the first delivery.

When will the refills of my products arrive?

With a subscription, your refills will be sent to your home once a month. The timing depends on the date of your first order, so you should never be without capsules.

Is there a cancellation period for the subscription?

There is no notice period for the Dailybacs monthly subscription. Unfortunately, once you have decided on the three months and paid in advance, you can no longer cancel this.

Medical Questions

When should I feel a change?

With the Dailybacs, most people feel an improvement in digestion after 24-48 hours, and more energy after 1-2 months. You should feel a strengthened cardiovascular system and immune system and improved mental health after a few months. With the Dietbacs, the first positive effects such as weight loss and a reduction in waist and hip circumference can be felt after about 3 months. However, every person is different, so these visible positive effects can occur at different times.

Can I take the products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend taking Dailybacs during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The reason for this is that the study situation on the intake of some probiotic strains is still too thin to officially speak of harmlessness. We would therefore like to mention that we do not make any recommendations, but that it is up to each mother to assess whether she is positive about taking probiotics. If in doubt, it is a good idea to consult a doctor you trust, i.e. the gynecologist or midwife.

What can side effects be?

The most common side effects caused by probiotics are gas and/or diarrhea or constipation. However, this can also be a so-called “initial aggravation” (see below). However, if the symptoms do not disappear after a few days or weeks, the intake should be stopped. Ultimately, however, an initial aggravation is a good sign, as this means that the supplied bacterial strains have arrived in the intestine and are causing changes there. The initial aggravation should generally not last longer than two weeks. If there is still no clear positive change after this time, it may be a case of probiotic intolerance.

Can there be drug interactions?

In principle, probiotics have almost no interactions with other medications. Nevertheless, we would like to recommend that you briefly clarify the intake with your attending physicians beforehand. The only exception is thyroid supplements. These should not be taken at the same time as dietary supplements containing iron due to the formation of complexes.

Can children take your products?

Children can definitely take our products, as they are only food supplements and not medicines. We recommend that children and young people under the age of 18 only take half of the capsules - simply open the capsules and mix the powder with water or yoghurt.

For which diseases should I not take your products?

Probiotics are not recommended for allergies to the ingredients contained, serious illnesses or immune deficiency or suppression.

Why should I take your products long-term?

The Dailybacs are designed for long-term use because probiotics consist of resident and transient bacterial strains. Resident microorganisms (lat. residere = to settle down) have settled firmly in the microbiome. So they have “settled” in the gut. Transient microorganisms (lat. transire = pass by) do not settle in the intestines, but are more or less "in transit". However, probiotics do not need to colonize the gut to be effective! Scientists have found that probiotics primarily exert their effects as transient bacteria. They travel through the digestive tract, interacting with your immune cells, gut cells, nutrients, and bacteria along the way to deliver their many benefits to your body. However, since the transient bacteria are excreted at the end of their journey through our intestines, the Dailybacs only develop their best effect on health if they are taken over a long period of time. We recommend taking the Dailybacs for at least three months. In general, the longer you supply your intestines with good bacteria, the better it is in balance.
