Dailybacs® Kids: We recommend taking one sachet of Dailybacs Kids daily before breakfast. However, the product can also be taken at any other time without any problem – but at the latest before the last time you brush your teeth.

Nutribacs:
Adult: 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) once daily with 100 ml of still water
Children up to 6 years: as soon as they eat at the table, 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) once a day with 50 ml of still water
